I have to agree at this point, nothing else can be said that hasn't already bean repeated a hundred times. Let him be to do business as he pleases, after all it is his business. The warnings are out there.

Sure you may have sold another one with a broken mount, how long has it been run? 100miles, or 100,000 Miles. Has the person gone back in there to verify that it is holding up?

Just an FYI I blocked the vendor so he may not be able to post here if I read the rules correctly.
That was done to stop the bickering over whos right.... right now.

Since I started this thread my only intention was to try to get through to this vendor, however my attempt for that to happen has not made a difference.

I am not interested in providing guidance any more for this outfit.( not that that is my responsibility) and NO I wasnt asked to, but felt compelled to do so because I wanted to see them be better than they have in the past.

Its easy to have everyone be winners but we all have to work together. (Win/Win)
On the other side of the coin it called ( lose/ lose) no one Wins.

My thought was that with a little prodding they might put on the other mans shoes,
and see things from a different perspective.

That didnt happen either.
That said I think the owner is an OK person,
but just in the wrong place to serve others.
Possibly if the front man changed then its possible some of the harshness would also go away.

I hope everyone can take from this discussion and have something to consider when faced with adversity, myself included about how to create a Win /Win situation. Everybody Wins.
I know I still have lots to learn.
