I know my friend who turbocharged his S2 motor is using a stock S2 head, so...perhaps you can just stick with your valves or use some S2 ones?

I will need some help for turbo choise for this (futur) engine,

CR will be around 9 / 9,5 so a bit high for turbo application, so i won't use high pressure, maybe +/- 15 psi max, the aim is to have a plain engine, with full response and quick power to top end ... so did the other turbo i have, the GT3071R can be used for ?

which "ar" use ? 0,82 that i still have seem big... do i need to buy another kkk like 0,63 housing ?

With the "kkk like" housing i will be able to do a quick swap with the other engine (8 valves) i have with a GT3076R 0,63a/R.

Even at low pressure ?

And the 3071 with 0,63 on the stock 8V ?

Another question how can you adapt the 38mm flange of the GT30 to the 51mm kkk flange on the engine mount ?

With only one bolt ?

Edit : I've found :

Bingo!

Use lots of copper gasket glue because it likes to leak. the Oring doesn't sit out enough to seal properly.

If you look at my build thread, you'll see how to install a GT/GTX 30 series turbo
