Spring Cleaning "Attentionwhoring" pics
I just finished giving the 944 it's spring cleaning. In some ways, the car has been de-modified since I last posted pictures of it. I removed the Redline rollbar and the 968 M030 front swaybar. At the same time, I installed a 931 vented nose panel which does nothing useful but, IMHO, looks really good.
The engine has held up well, although the stressbar got some scratches during the last timing belt replacement. Unfortunately, after 26 years, the seats are starting to crack. This is my fault since I have not been as on top of conditioning them as I should have been. At some point I'm going to have to either redo them or cheap out and put covers on them. Fortunately, I have time to figure that out. All in all, while the car is no where near perfect, it is doing quite well for a driver. Yeah, it has dings, stone chips and whatnot, bit it is a car that is really, really enjoyed. BB.

Beers waiting for you. Gonna be out of class in a month or so.
Once in a while, I goof around and spend some time looking for that oh-so-elusive 89/90/91 944 Turbo S. I saw one in ABQ but it was grabbed up in less than a day.

I keep wanting a 931. I think it is for the hood and nose so it really makes more sense to put those on a 924S but still...

Nope... I sold it a few years ago to fund the seat/harness for the Miata. Sorry!

What better place for my first post than on one of my favorite cars on the internets! Looks great BB. I'm likin' this site, it's like where all the "cool kids" from RL come to hang out
