once it's already up, just rock the spoiler switch up for a 1/2 second or so and the spoiler will stay up until you either rock it down (switch), or cycle power.

Just think of it as a Porsche love handle! Actually the PO of my 95 Cab put an additional short wing on the back of the spoiler. It kind of balances the look.

Yes, at high speeds you will want the front RS splitters to go with the RS tail. It is a great look and the splitters are easy to do. In your stop and go freeway driving it won't matter of course.
