New wheels!
OK, I decided not to paint them black, but I finally got the new wheels on the car. Fergus, you might recognize them.

They look good Jake. I used to have the same wheels on my 996.

Yeah, I wasn't sure about them at first but they've really grown on me. Clean and simple without taking away from the lines of the car while weighing less at the same time. Perfect!

Jake, what do you attribute that to? Does the performance no longer excite you, looks, or have you become enchanted with another model?

It's funny, because people look at the car and say "Oh, wow, you have a Porsche? How fast does it go?" and I just see the Family Truckster any more. I'll bet owning two Porsches isn't quite as exciting as it once was for you...

I'm sure I'll eventually purchase another Porsche, but for now I'm very happy with these two.
