93 5 Spd Cobalt Blue
I'll kill two birds with one stone here.
I heard a rumor I may own the last Cobalt Blue 5 spd GTS in North America. Does anyone out there know of another one? I understand one was parted out a couple of years ago. Also somebody asked me to post a few pics! |

Very nice! I'm guessing this was formerly a Japanese car? (its got non-USA side marker lights).
If you haven't got all the stock original bits, you should be buying them up quietly while they're cheap(ish). Stuff like: amplifier system, original speakers, tool kit, spare, cd player, wheels with RDK sensors, engine bay cross brace, correct GTS intake tubes (leave the S4 ones on the car, keep the GTS ones somewhere safe away from heat/UV), correct Boge or Bilstein shocks and spring (depending on option codes), etc. Cobalt Blue 5-speed GTS will be (already is) very collectable, and the more original you can make the car if you ever decide to sell, the better. In the meantime, drive it, take it to cars and coffee, and make us all jealous!

Hi Hilton,
Thanks! It is actually a German car, bought new near Stuttgart. It spent a few years there and then it was exported to Japan - where I found it. Luckily I do have all the stock bits, except the original muffler, and I think the cd deck may have been changed in Japan. I have kept it mainly stock except a few things easily changed back. Cheers!!
