check in
OK, so there is discussion on rennlist right now about IB and their idiotic ways, with some suggesting a mass migration to this site. I like this site, and do check in from time to time, but not sure the 928 knowledge base is anywhere near deep enough and would take years to get to where renny is. Anyway, if you are an ex-pat, check in here and say hello!

Methinks a 991 subform should be installed. Furious is not the word over on the other forum.

Yea, that's pretty brutal over there and don't expect our 928 for sale thread to last much longer.

The issue is two-fold: can you get a new answer and what's in the archive. The first part is having active people who know and share. For the second, you can always search there, or Pelican, or just google and let it find things.

That's true Glen, and you are the RW stalwart - you have stayed here thick and thin (and very thin). I'm guessing we'll see an uptick, even if just for a short while.

I started the "new car" thread a while back and keep adding to it. (It shoulda been done by now!) I pointed some local PCA club (Nord Stern) people to it last year and the newsletter editor turned the trip into a story. Showed up in real print so nice the site's still kicking.

Things do get a little slow here, however; I do visit everyday. Also hope others will join and contribute.

We shall see Gene. I think it will take more bad juju on IB's part on renny to trigger an exodus out of there and into here or the 928OC website.

I assume that John would be happy to make the changes if there was an uptick in usage.
