And here is another photo or two of the headers: Maybe you can see the space a little better in these. Richard

Looking good Richard. When do you plan to start? If you're running the Link and you'd like a really good startup map, let me know. I have one that will get you really close. Or I can modify one I have to match your setup really easily. Just let me know.

Derek,
This week will be tough. Work is busy and my 9 year old daughter is out of school for the summer, but camps don't start until next week. So I am hoping for start-up late next week. I have a file that Dave sent me. I modified it a little (my harness has a few sensors in different places, don't know why). I'll email you what Dave sent me, it has the same 83 lb /hr Siemens injectors that I have.

Got it running on the first crank this afternoon
Found another oil leak and a coolant leak to fix...
But she's alive...

Also for some reason the EGT probes on cylinders 2 and 3 aren't working. Got to sort that out too.

Bosch Motorsport P35-T. Dave McGrath recommended them and built the bracket to hold them.

hiccup in the project
Well, another minor setback. The CEP exhaust curves up by #2 and the coil connector there melted. Ordered a new connector today. Working on some heat shielding ideas. This happened when the car was idling with a 1000 F EGT. Maybe a cool-it header blanket and a metal shield.
Untitled by rpluciano, on Flickr In the mean time, does anyone have any experience with the knock settings on the G4 Extreme with a 951? Incredibly flexible, maybe too flexible to figure out without guidance.
