Looking good. That turbo makes the k26 look tiny.

Judging from your pictures, it looks like you're going to run into trouble between the temp sensor and the stock intake manifold and intake manifold front support. Do You have a plan to accommodate that?

just to clarify, The temp sensor dosn't get in the way of anything nor does anything get in its way.

So there you go an easy way of adapting the temp sensor.

you need:
1x 14mm to -8 AN
1x 3/8 NTP to -8 AN
1x 90 degree elbo -8 AN

all you need to do is cut the bango off, Tap it 3/8 NTP, screw it in with some teflon tape and that's it.

I see now. With the fittings you used the portion with the temp sensor is actually higher than stock, so you can lean the whole thing forward to clear the intake manifold instead of trying to fit everything underneath. I used a fitting to push the stock piece out towards the block more, but since I didn't gain any height, I couldn't lean it forward anymore without the portion after the temp sensor that comes to a Y hitting the compressor. So if you looked at the turbo from the block side, my pipe is straight vertical and yours tilts towards the front of the car 10-15 degrees. Looks like I need to get in there to take care of some other stuff, I may copy your solution for this while I'm in there.

So to do just the coolant outlet, I would need one 14mm to -8AN, one -8AN to -8AN 90* elbow, and one 3/8" to -8AN, correct? Did you order yours from the PFE site?

Edit: I just saw you already answered the first question in an earlier post. It's kinda hard for me to read with all these nice pictures. I think I may have a learning disability...

That's all you need.
I ordered mine though autobarn. It might be expencive if you order through them since you need to pay for shipping from australia. best you go to an auto store who sells fuel fittings and see what they can do

More pictures coming soon

Not much to update on. i've got the rest of by pipe bends to complete the exhaust and up pipe, Borla muffler and 3 bar FPR on order.

So i decided my engine bay needed a tidy up. most of the zipties on the firewall are broken so i did what i could do make it look nicer

Today.. Fathers day... or Father helps son day

we modified the up pipe, and made the extention to go to the turbo. This looks easy but i assure you it's not as easy as it looks. it would be alot easer if the engine was out of the car but in my case it wasn't. it took alot of cutting and lets try this. now all we need to do is weld it onto the original x-over pipe and it'll be finished. hopfully druing the week.
We also started on the down pipe, no pictures of that unless you love pictures of pipes on a table

Today i got started on the down pipe to join on the rest of the exhaust. Pretty much all i was doing was piece by piece cutting and fitting (going with the stock curves) to get it to fit. no welding yet, just test fitting and stickytape together to get a rough idea how it will sit. i just hope it wont move much when it gets welded together.
