Today... redux
Today...
I got almost 200 miles driven in a little over 3 hours... the N/A is back with a passion and is a real joy to drive... I had forgotten her when the 951 came round... but I really enjoyed my old friend today! |

amazing what a can of freon will do for the AC system. Did you get the stuff with leak stop?

Nah..it took less than 12Oz to top it off... car was parked for a year and a half prior..
it was changed to R-134 by a previous owner.. and in almost 3 years of owning the car this is the first recharge I have had to do... I can live with it... another hot day today, and AC worked like a charm! |

Where are you driving to put 250 on it in a day? Just taking it out for spins?

JoKa,
Offtopic, but have you ever been to Dave & Busters on Brownstone? Adults only or can I bring kids? Second, is Virginia Beach worth the trip for a day? |

VB is an OK day trip, but make sure to shower well before leaving for the ride back (there are public spray down spots, and bathrooms for changing and such... but we usually use the back of our Durango as the windows are damn near blacked out!).... VB is much better as an overnight.. or weekend... Colonial Beach is a better day trip, and closer too, and MUCH less salty! (301 north, follow the signs from 301, little over an hour from Richmond Proper) |

Shame about D&B. I rarely go places that I cannot bring the kids. Was hoping to hit it up. Thanks for the heads up on Colonial Beach. Just looked it up and it looks like a good day trip. Daughter has been hitting me up for a beach trip and Gulf Coast beaches aren't looking good right now. |
