Th measurement of the intake port confirms these are "real" Euro heads. The two with smaller valves have a smaller intake port (38mm) than the Euro S heads (40mm).
Something interesting was that the carbon scale and fire ring on the two US heads was 97mm so off 4.7L blocks. The ring on the S head measure 100mm so it was used on a 5L block. My buddy has done some 5L blocks with heads like these but he didn't recall all of the combination and if these were on a hybrid engine.
Maybe someone knows but were big 2-valve heads used on 5L blocks at all? I'm going to dig around on that one.
