Default Steve Wong Chip

Installed one this morning. When I pulled out the old one I found the previous owner had already installed an Autothority. I flipped it out anyway to see what would happen. The 1K idle dropped to ~850 or so (like it should be). The idle is rock solid now too (as opposed to the slight "hunt" it appeared to be on before). This was nice becuse I was afraid there was a vacuum leak I was going to have to track down one day. I don't see a power increase but I'd guess the previous chip was probably good for something.
