Tonight's gonna suck.

T- an hour till the gym.

I missed last week because of an apparent sinus infection and this week I still cant go more than 10 minutes without having to wipe my nose, but I cant miss any more.

Didnt hit the gym at all last week because I couldnt breathe except through my mouth without blowing green snot everywhere.

I felt like I was getting a flu this morning, but that's gone, thankfully.

My trainer is going to literaly kick my ass tonight,...

Well last night I found out my rent was being doubled by my father and I will no longer be receiving the cable movie channels. I guess this is the thanks I get for taking care of my mother for 14yrs while he sat on his ass in his den the entire time. Apparently this is a thank-you for my pending responsibilities of keeping the house in order and fulfilling many promises I made to my mother in her last breaths. Did I mention Im quitting working for my father on Nov. 14??? Doesnt all of this seem...

Mt. Baker Climb - Photo Essay

My brother-in-law, my son, a friend, and I decided to try to climb Mt. Baker for my son's fifteenth birthday last summer. It was also the summer solstice the day we summited. It's 10,778' high and ~30 miles from the ocean.

Here's how it looks from the water.

We started at ~3,400' and took a route up the Coleman Glacier to the Roman Wall....

Operation Overnight Sensation

Overnight Sensation was our oldest shepard's name during her brief career as a show dog.

Last Wednesday we took our annual family backpacking trip.
